Payment information submitted during checkout may therefore be transmitted directly to or processed by the applicable payment processor.

Those providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.

This may include information such as the recipient’s name, business name, shipping address, telephone number, email address and shipment details.

Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such activity, 12 Panel Now will honor legally valid requests and applicable browser-based preference signals as required by law.

Where required, our website may provide a “Your Privacy Choices,” “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or similar mechanism for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We may send transactional communications regarding orders, shipping, account activity, customer-service requests, product issues and other administrative matters.

Where permitted by law, we may also send promotional communications.
